Land Rover Knoxville has been recognized in the regional Jaguar Land Rover marketing newsletter for a service department best practice.

To help expedite the write-up process and reduce the waiting time for customers, Land Rover Knoxville service department staff have two or three loaner vehicles cleaned, fueled and ready to go at all times.

This process decreases the average write-up time by five minutes and has increased customer satisfaction by 10 percent.
