Every child should have gifts to open on Christmas morning.

That’s why Furrow Automotive is asking customers to “Fill the Sprinter” at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville and “Fill the Land Rover” at Land Rover Knoxville with toys and clothing for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley 2016 Christmas Gift Program.

The Sprinter and Land Rover to be filled will be parked in their dealership parking lots, 10131 Parkside Drive and 10215 Parkside Drive, respectively. Toys and clothing will be collected between October 31 and December 5.

“The thought that we will help make children happy on Christmas morning absolutely warms our hearts. I really hope our customers and the community will join us in this effort,” says Lee Ann Furrow Tolsma, owner of Furrow Automotive. “Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley is a wonderful organization that has had an impact on several people within our organization, including me and my dad.”

Each year the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley identifies approximately 650 Club members that need assistance for the holidays. Selected Club members have the opportunity to submit four gift wishes that they would like to receive for Christmas. Gift drives like “Fill the Sprinter” and “Fill the Land Rover” enhance the Club’s efforts to fulfill member wishes.
